From Mr. Kelly's Freshman English class to the Cha Cha a couple nights ago. I'm not really qualified to categorize his mixes, but Marty creates "club mixes" with old and new school cuts. The Walker Art Center/Cherry Spoon worked like a charm and dinner at the Red Stagg Supper Club was sweet. Thanks Minneapolis, you're super! We were there for Anne+Josh's wedding, I'll have to make a separate post for that.

48 Hr Film Project Poster & Logo

The 48 Hour Film Project is a unique contest where film makers are  given 48 hours to create and produce a film. As a class assignment, I made this poster and logo for the event. The image is from Monsoon Wedding.

Sasquatch 2010 Event Suite

Sasquatch 2010 is getting closer and it just keeps getting better every year. Needless to say, I'm excited to go. This poster, ticket and postcard were all designed with the concept of "sasquatch 100 years ago." If Sasquatch were held in the same place 100 years ago, it would have been attended by cowboys, indians and townsfolk alike.

The Moon

This is a handmade accordion book containing an illustrated version of "the moon," a Grimm's Fairytale. I used a micron pen, watercolor and cut paper.
