From Mr. Kelly's Freshman English class to the Cha Cha a couple nights ago. I'm not really qualified to categorize his mixes, but Marty creates "club mixes" with old and new school cuts. Guaranteed to make the booty shake. Honestly, I listen to it while I'm getting my swell on. DJ Marty Mar keeps it hella real. Have a listen and download his mix here.

Vashon Food
I shot this set at dawn on Vashon Island photographing "Northwest Style" cuisine in its natural setting.Jennilee Marigomen
Jennilee Marigomen is "undeniably west-coast-cool." She captured La Push beautifully.
La Push Poster
I have been going out to La Push, WA since I was a little kid, I love the rainforest, the rivers and the ocean. There is no place like it. This is a surf poster for La Push.

We're Engaged
The Walker Art Center/Cherry Spoon worked like a charm and dinner at the Red Stagg Supper Club was sweet. Thanks Minneapolis, you're super! We were there for Anne+Josh's wedding, I'll have to make a separate post for that.
48 Hr Film Project Poster & Logo
The 48 Hour Film Project is a unique contest where film makers are given 48 hours to create and produce a film. As a class assignment, I made this poster and logo for the event. The image is from Monsoon Wedding.Wednesday, December 16, 2009
AM Cassandre Homage Poster
A.M. Cassandre was an amazing graphic designer, painter, poster artist and teacher. This homage to his work also contains historical information graphics. To find out more about A.M. Cassandre and his work, google it.
Sasquatch 2010 Event Suite
Sasquatch 2010 is getting closer and it just keeps getting better every year. Needless to say, I'm excited to go. This poster, ticket and postcard were all designed with the concept of "sasquatch 100 years ago." If Sasquatch were held in the same place 100 years ago, it would have been attended by cowboys, indians and townsfolk alike. Academic, not for actual use.
The Moon
This is a handmade accordion book containing an illustrated version of "the moon," a Grimm's Fairytale. I used a micron pen, watercolor and cut paper.
